ANNUAL MEETING AND ELECTION WAS HELD AT 9:30A.M. AT THE POOL PAVILION ON MARCH 21, 2026.
There were three candidates for the two board of director positions open this year. Mike Patterson ran for re-election. Troy Scroggs applied, as did T.K. Lacey. Mike Patterson won re-election and Troy Scroggs won the remaining position on the board of directors.
26 property owners attended for a financial update, discussion of current matters regarding the neighborhood, and of course, to participate in the election of two board of director positions. Thanks everyone for your attendance and participation!

NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING - HELD AT POOL PAVILION AT 9:30 a.m. ON SATURDAY, MARCH 21, 2026. Two positions for the Forest Hills Section II & III Board of Directors are up for re-election. If you are interested in applying to be on the Board of Directors, please go the Document Library for an application and instructions or contact Caren Evans, President at 214/629-2899, and she will be happy to provide you an application. The deadline for the Association to receive your application is 5:00 p.m. on February, 28, 2026.
