We value the sense of community. It's amazing how often a friendly conversation can clear up misunderstandings or inspire cooperative solutions.

However, if you have an issue or concern and you have tried this approach or if the concern seems beyond an individual discussion, please do let the board know.  The board will look into your concern and work towards the best possible resolution within their power to do so.
