Whether you're a fan of outdoor adventure, golf, fishing, boating, or just looking for a quiet spot to unwind, the local area has you covered. 

All Forest Hills property owners must have association dues paid current to have neighborhood recreational facility privileges.  Please see Regulations for Use of the Recreation Facilities through this link and also ​​ located in the Document Library of this website.

Pool

• Open 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. daily from May through September, weather and maintenance permitting.   

• Our pool is fenced with a locked gate and pool keys are only issued to members in good standing.

  • There is a $35 key deposit for members and $50 deposit for long term (3 months+) renters.  Keys are not issued to non-property owners or visitors. 

Tennis Courts

• Open 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. daily.
  • Footwear must be worn while using courts.  No skateboards, bicycles, roller skates on tennis courts
