Pay Dues

Keeping our community thriving and our shared amenities well maintained relies on the collective contribution of all our neighbors. Your prompt payment of Annual Association Fees helps us ensure our neighborhood remains the special neighborhood it has been for years and will be for years to come.  Association dues cover the expenses for the operation and maintenance of the pool, tennis courts, security lights, parkways, and roadsides and other costs necessary to maintain and enforce the deed restrictions.  Let's continue to strive to create a culture where we work together to make our neighborhood the best it can be!  You should receive an Invoice by mail in December.  If you don't receive an invoice by mail, listed below are the annual due dates and amounts.  It is your responsibility to make sure we have your information.  Through this website is a convenient way to keep your information updated.  Currently, the ANNUAL fee is $220 for an unimproved lot and $250 for an improved lot (house).  If paid by December 31, you get a discount per lot owned.  The regular due date is on January 15 of each year.  Thank you for your prompt payment!
