THE 2026 ANNUAL MEETING WAS HELD AT THE POOL CABANA ON MARCH 21, 2026.

THE 2026 BOARD IS AS FOLLOWS:

President, Caren Evans; Vice President, Mike Patterson; Directors are Eddie Bass, Bob Vote, Pierre Lognion, and Troy Scroggs

The pool will be open soon!  Contact Carolyn Patterson (409)782-4147 to make arrangements for your pool key if you don't have one.

 PLEASE NOTE POOL RULES POSTED AT THE CABANA AND ON THIS WEBSITE AS THEY WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED!

There will be an open board meeting on April 11, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. at the pool pavilion.  All property owners are welcome.
